Simply, our trained technicians use the internet to take control of your computer. Use our Remote Utility to summon expert knowledge. And, it's easy! Here's a short list of what we fix:

What can we fix?

Your computer must be connected to the internet, and it must be able to succesfully connect to the internet for our Remote Utility to work. If you can't even get connected to the internet, don't worry, we can still help. We can coordinate with you over the phone, chat, or email to solve the problem.

We can fix most software problems. We're able to remove most Virus infections, speed up your computer, fix problems with Windows or other programs, and install updates or other new programs.

Truthfully, not everything can be fixed remotely. Any company that tells you they can fix anything remotely is just flat out lying. If your computer is overheating, not turning on, or has a severe Virus infection it will require physical attention. Our technicians will be able to direct you further if this is the case. Our shop is located in Portage Indiana, and you are more than welcome to pay us a visit!

What if we can't fix it?

If we can't fix it, you don't pay. Even if we can't fix it, we will have a solution. There are limitations with Remote Support, as mentioned above.

Our service is operated entirely by us, IonPCs LLC, and uses 2048-bit RSA keys and 256-bit AES keys for security. It's encrypted to the highest standards available.
